The Status of Mississippi’s Medical Marijuana Program

Medical marijuana officially became legal in Mississippi back in February of 2022 when Governor Tate Reeves signed the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act into law. Mississippi’s program is very inclusive, as they have a long list of conditions that would make patients eligible for their medical cards.

Although the program is in place, it is not yet fully operational because dispensaries have not opened up. Sales are expected to begin in January of 2023, so patients should not have to wait much longer!

With Mississippi Marijuana Card, the process of getting your very own medical card is easy! We will begin seeing patients very soon, so make sure to reserve your appointment to save $25 off the total cost!
